back to school

i'm not poning sch hor...i've no lectures today...so tat's y i'm now happily blogging tis entry...so many things happened last week...probably because it was my last holiday week...can u believe it? 8 mths of working & slacking juz passed like lightning...and ta-da! it's time for me to hit the books again...but my brain's really rusty...oh god...

nus rag & flag day 07 ended on a nice note last sat...dazzling costumes, groovy dancers and majestic floats were the limelight of the whole event...of cos...it's the students tat bring the atmosphere high up! of cos i went & support science rag! sci ROX! i was initially a small time ragger...then actually became a 'backstage crew member'...helping to roll out the dancefloor mat(super heavy & tiring!) it was a fun experience cos we gotta be fast...to put everything in place in 1 min! all of us were super tired...becos we spent the previous night not sleeping...playing, chit chatting & even discuss abt palmistry (so interesting lahz!) back to the float performance...one wrd to describe...AWESOME! but it's disappointing tat sci didnt win the overall champion...nevertheless we still walked away with 5 subsidiary awards tat's enough to make sci fac ppl proud of themselves...furthermore...it was the fac with most ppl cheering their hearts out! 'Stand up! Be proud! We are from Sci Fac!' wahahaz...we'll be back!

hmmm...let me tell u my experience of first day in sch ytd...u may tink it's no biggie...but hey...my lst sch day in uni! my lst sch day wearing home clothes (seriously i missed uniforms!)...my lst sch day knowing some of my course mates...my lst sch day roaming around arts fac...aiyahz...so many 1st time...hahaz...anyway...i attended 3 lecs ytd...2 core (principles of modern chem & sci & tech on food) & 1 gem (intro to lit studies)...i realised tat i'd returned my knowledge to my teachers...cos i was like blur...esp the sci modules...i hope i juz can keep going & my knowledge can flood back...hahaz...oh ya...i spent like so much money in one day...joined the anime club & wushu so i paid the membership fees...bought lab coats...& have to buy exp textbks soon...ahhh...money not enough leh!
talking abt wushu...i was convinced (or rather pyscho-ed) by my fren to join wushu or else she'll be alone...actually i wasnt very keen cos i wanted to join aikido but currently no news on it yet...hehez..so i decided to join wushu for the time being...hope i can fight well lahz...hahaz...

rmb my movie list? hehez...i managed to watch all except one! I watched rush hour 3 with ong! it's SUPER DAMN funny! it's like more of a comedy than action flick...hahaz...it's a muz watch if u really want to laugh like crazy...however...i juz find the story plot is not fantastic...simpsons movie is like DUH...funny & crude...typical simpsons style...'out of the world' story plot but hilarious characters...really not bad...lastly i watched 881 with my bro...it's quite a nice musical with all the hokkien songs (very upbeat!)...a very touching plot & GREAT ost! esp 'Yi Ren Yi Ban' by Wu Jia Hui! plus...qi yuwu is HOT! hehez...shld support local productions ppl! now i left with 'Secret'...gonna watch with ong also...heard tat it's a very romantic story with a plot twist...shld be a good one...

hehe...tml i'm going to sch during the afternoon for lecs...hope everything turns out fine...sch's really packed during peak hours! esp when we need to take shuttle buses around sch...buses are really crowded...gonna get used to this kind of life...=) hope i can make some friends during my art modules...hehez.......
